The following are known Action Replay Codes for Pac-Mania on SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive (Genesis).The codes should work with the region specified but may work for other regions as well.

- Unlike most normal level modifiers, this one seems to give you the environment of the round you choose at the main menu mixed in with the value put into XX. For example, Round 2 Pacmans Park will have pink walkways when they’re normally a dark black if you choose Round 4 at the menu. If you choose Round 1 in XX and then select Round 2 at the menu, you will get the correct level without any glitchy/altered graphics.
